Hi, I'm Ksandra! I began my journey with the MKC-MCOS program in 2004 where I was a hostess. A year later I was completely hooked and was asked to join the Board of Directors. There have been times where I have had to leave the program, but always seem to find my way back! Thank goodness for zoom! Volunteering has been in my blood for a very long time and being involved in this program for so many years has meant the world to me. Helping young women realize their potential and climb to new heights brings joy to my heart!

I currently live in Eugene, Oregon where I work as a Branch Manager for Banner Bank. I have been in the banking industry for 30 years. I have two grown boys, Nicholas, age 25 and Cody, age 33 who live in Springfield. Spending time with my boys is something that completely fills my cup! | also have my dog, Marley, who is 5 years old. Yes, I'm going to use the cliche, she rescued me! That is the absolute truth! She goes just about everywhere with me! Then I also have a new addition, a 4-month-old mini Aussie yet to be named

I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, hiking, paddle boarding, biking, going to the beach and watching Marely run her little legs off, you name it, as long as it's outdoors or by water I'm usually down for it. I also enjoy making creations with my cricut and heat press, cooking and traveling. Being part of this program where I can touch the lives of so many young women is amazing. Making lasting friendships along the way, not only with the delegates, but the Board as well, is something I hold very dear to me!
