Wendy Steidle

Co-Executive Director

Hello everyone, I am Wendy. My pageant journey began as a hostess when I was recruited by Debbie Greenleaf, and it has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences of my life. My daughter ran as a teen several years ago as well, and then I was asked to be on the board. I have done everything from talent to production to roundtable, and I am currently the co-director with Debbie Greenleaf, and am in charge of our Shining Stars program for girls ages 5-11. This is an amazing program, and every one of us will say we love to see these young women grow and become better versions of themselves. I have grown as well. I am more outgoing, and I have learned to be a leader and be confident in myself.

I was born and raised in Oregon and I was adopted when I was 3 days old. I had a great childhood. I attended Conger, Ponderosa and Klamath Union and then went on to OIT. Some of my most fond memories were at OIT. I am an alumni twice over and proud of it. I have a passion for sports and enjoy watching anything I can with my husband. My husband and I have 3 daughters between us, 6 grandkids, and 4 great-grandkids; family means the world to us. If I am not working or doing pageant stuff, we are watching them play sports, or headed out on a drive. We both love the beach and try to go as much as we can. I still hope to work for Disney someday, even just for a couple of years, or I'm wishing I was there. I have loved it since I was a kid and want to make that experience as magical for someone else as it was for me.
